Carib Student is seeking a strategic and highly organized Career Pathways Manager to lead our specialized career programs. As a leading international education consultancy, we connect students from the Caribbean region to world-class educational and professional pathways in countries such as Canada, the USA, Turkey, and Germany.
In this elevated role, you will serve as the primary organizational leader and strategic hub for our career programs, moving beyond administrative support to drive program growth, manage team integration, and ensure the highest standards of compliance and student success.
Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Pipeline & Recruitment Leadership
- Consultation & Enrollment: Oversee and conduct daily consultations with prospective clients to drive enrollment in specialized career pathway programs.
- Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute recruitment drives to consistently meet and exceed quarterly registration KPIs.
- Public Engagement: Lead and coordinate high-impact virtual webinars and in-person seminars, including necessary weeknight and weekend sessions.
- Lead Lifecycle Management: Architect and manage the full lead tracking system, ensuring consistent follow-up from initial interest to final application submission.
2. Program Operations & Compliance Oversight
- Process Excellence: Supervise the initial screening and administrative verification of client documentation to ensure 100% compliance with submission requirements.
- Deadline Management: Establish and manage rigorous notification systems for application deadlines, submission requirements, and payment schedules.
- Lifecycle Management: Direct the entire onboarding process through to successful completion for all Career Professional Programs.
- Resource Development: Maintain and optimize program-specific checklists, FAQs, and administrative guides to enhance efficiency.
3. Team Collaboration & Administration
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary link between the Career Pathways department and other internal teams, such as the Study Team and Talent Team.
- Executive Support: Directly support the CEO and Founder by managing program data, digital correspondence, and high-level scheduling.
- Accuracy & Quality Control: Ensure all program data and documentation are managed with the highest level of accuracy and professional discretion.
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
- Experience: 5+ years of professional administrative or management experience, ideally within data-sensitive sectors like education, immigration, or legal services.
- Education: Must have bachelor's degree in business or marketing or any related field.
- Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in CRM software, database management, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel/Google Sheets).
- Communication: Exceptional professional verbal and written communication skills for high-level student and partner engagement.
- Attributes: Obsessive attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
Highly Desired:
- Experience in international student programs or regulated industries such as healthcare or teaching administration.
- Familiarity with international credentialing documentation and processes.
Work Details
- Location: Remote.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (Weekends and weeknights required for seminars).
- Monthly Salary: Jamaica: $120,000-163,000JMD | Trinidad & Tobago: $5,157.95-7,000TT
